This week marks the one-year anniversary of the passage of Obamacare, so the small-business group NFIB recently sent me to Ohio to ask some of their members just how last year’s promises are panning out. Here’s the video I produced for them:

Apologies for not posting here more often – it’s been a very busy campaign season. If you want to hear more from me, it’s probably better to follow me on Twitter – @frankstrategies.
In the meantime, though, here are a couple of videos I produced this weekend for Americans for Prosperity. The first shows a lot of supporters of Congressman Tom Perriello (D-Va.) proudly proclaiming that “Socialism is cool!” I shot it on Friday evening in Charlottesville outside President Obama’s rally for Perriello.
I shot the second video at yesterday’s Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear in DC. Lots of good folks and genuinely funny, clever signs, but it truly was probably the largest gathering of smug, condescending self-satisfaction in American history. I’m not sure why they don’t realize that “You People Are So F-ing Stupid!” is not a winning campaign slogan. But we’ll enjoy the response from Middle America on Tuesday night.
The Washington Post takes an interesting look at the White House’s new behind-the-scenes video series, West Wing Week.
Smart campaigns and elected officials should consider the same thing. Here’s this week’s edition:
Here’s the most recent Frank Strategies LLC video, produced for Americans for Prosperity. Enjoy!

1. Run as an inspirational, bipartisan, commonsense, consensus-seeking moderate.
2. When you take office, aggressively push a far-left agenda that includes a government takeover of health care, massive and costly cap-and-trade energy taxes and trillions upon trillions in new wasteful spending.
3. If anybody dares to question your agenda, arrogantly and profanely dismiss them as racist, redneck teabaggers.
Stay the course, DC Dems. Please.
TechPresident points out that after a lengthy break, the White House has finally posted some new relatively unscripted, behind-the-scenes videos on its YouTube channel during the President’s trip to Asia.
One nice touch: including speechwriter Jon Favreau’s excited reaction at actually having completed his report without any major jetlag-induced stumbles. It humanizes him and makes him seem likable to probably even the most hardened partisans – one thing for which online video is incredibly useful.
In response to this pro-Obamacare video starring overpaid celebrities, somebody’s produced this excellent parody:

Here are some video highlights that I just shot at the big 9/12 Taxpayer Tea Party March in DC. Crowd estimates are varying widely, but it’s safe to say it’s by far the largest gathering of grassroots small-government folks I’ve ever seen in my 15+ years living in DC.
Not since I stood in line all night long on the Mall with tens of thousands of other proud Americans to view President Reagan’s casket in the Capitol’s Rotunda have I felt more hopeful that people on our side really care passionately about what happens in Washington.
Anyway, here’s the video. No swastikas, counter-protesters or profanity to edit out – it’s a very peaceful crowd full of proud, yet very concerned, Americans who are just exercising their First Amendment rights.
As the Left attempts to paint a bunch of jean-shorts-wearing anti-ObamaCare protestors as a fake “Brooks Brothers Astroturf Brigade,” check out the crowd at last night’s Obama grassroots campaign rally in Northern Virginia:
